Our Story

Hemlock and Finch Realty is the outstretched arm of Lark and Fir Realty, a boutique independent real estate brokerage founded in Southwest Portland in the fall of 2018. As a nod to, and celebration of our PNW origins, Lark + Fir ® was named for Oregon’s state bird, the Meadow Lark, and its state tree, the Douglas Fir. Similarly, the company’s extension into Washington has been named for the state’s Western Hemlock, and the Goldfinch. Hemlock + Finch is based in downtown Vancouver, with close proximity to the Columbia River and plenty of parking.
